These are basically identical to the original battery terminals and pop right into place on my replacement shell.

My girl friend has an old Gameboy, I YouTube how to fix it and I needed to replace battery contacts. Right after I replaced them, it fired up. Now all I need to do is fix the screen lol.

These battery contacts require you to put a slight bend in the middle to ensure a snug fit. They don’t have the clip in the middle like the OEM contacts. That said, they work exactly as intended. The plating looks quality but time will be the ultimate judge. If you keep batteries out of the system when stored then corrosion shouldn’t be a problem anyway.
