love it, only problem is that you have no space to route cables differently to what is shown in the install instructions, but still like it

Incredibly fiddly, but worth it

This was one of the most fiddly and complicated mods to install. Without proper tools it can take you hours. Cutting the right length of wire, taping the transistors down in the right spot, cutting the legs of the transistors and LEDs, and taping the LEDs down just right, but the issue is when closing the system.

Everything needs to be out of the way of the s crew holes, case edges, and the LED light pipe is a tight squeeze. It needs to be up against the left trigger metal casing perfectly or the motherboard won't fit flush. It took me an hour to get this just right. Like someone else suggested use paint or a sharpie and color in the left side of the light pipe so the light doesn't bleed through. Recommended tools:

• Wire strippers
• Flush cutters
• Helping hands
• Double sided kapton tape
• Multimeter (to check for continuity between everything)
• Patience

Led trigger kit for gba

Lol I tried to do it like in the instructions provided but h.h.l. but it broke my screen and so I had to position the resistor somewhere else but other then that everything worked ... lol other then the broken screen

Love These

A little tricky for me to install, but with a little tenacity, they’re great! Wired mine to light up every time I got the triggers.

Do Not Buy This.

I know it’s only 2 bucks and shipping, but don’t bother. Unless you have 6 hands and complete control of all of them, you will not get this soldered into place. 30 gauge wire doesn’t like to stick to solid post wire like there is on the LED’s. On top of that the first piece of wire needs to be 1/4 inch long. Best of luck 👎👎

Works Great!

Took me a while to get everything installed proper, but the LEDs are bright and perfect for my handheld.
