I should have looked into this further myself but it turns out the PAL versions of these cases are thicker than the US versions meaning your covers are not going to fit properly. The PAL versions also have much larger clip holders than what is pictured. HHL really needs to update these images to reflect what is being sold (PAL).

HHL is asking me to pay the return shipping on an order of two cases which isn't worth it as shipping is around 5.00 US and the purchase price is around 8.00 US. I might as well keep them and hope that someday I end up with a PAL DS game.

I would like to say that HHL should be paying for the return shipping on these because they are grossly misrepresented in the product images above.

And note that I already contacted support about this prior to writing this review. This is what they had to say, note this part "Shipping costs are not covered for items returned at a customer's request" (Even is the images provided for the item are not what you will actually get, Watch Out)

"I'd be happy to accept a return on these since they aren't what you expected. The manual clips might just be larger because of the European style or perhaps just how they aftermarket versions were made. Aftermarket products tend to be made somewhat different than original items from Nintendo. We will do our best to get an updated product photo as soon as we can!"

"We will process your return as soon as received. Shipping costs are not covered for items returned at a customer's request. Defective, damaged or replacement parts are always free to return."

Wish I would have read the last person's post. I'm sure they're fine cases/sturdy but unusable and a waste of space on my shelf since they're PAL-style in size.

EDIT: I'd like to give an update as to how awesome the HHL support team was. I am glad they changed the name of this item so future customers can better understand what they are buying. The cases were great, just not what I needed, and from the sounds of it got mixed up from their supplier. HHL went above what my expectations were to fix the issue. Thank you! you guys rock!

OG Post: Wish I actually measured my NTSC cases to see how different they are. These are PAL sized, so finding covers that fit on The Cover Project is bit of a pain. Have to photoshop my own. Wouldn't have purchased them had I known.
