Thank you for choosing our laser engraving services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please familiarize yourself with our engraving policy outlined below:

Copyrighted Material: We strictly prohibit the engraving of copyrighted material without proper authorization from the copyright owner. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the images or designs provided for engraving are their original creations or obtained with the necessary rights and permissions.

Offensive Material: We uphold a standard of respect and professionalism, and therefore, we do not engrave any material that is deemed offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to content that is vulgar, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.

Returns: Due to the personalized nature of laser engraving, we do not accept returns on engraved items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. It is essential for customers to review and verify the design and text before submitting them.

Image Provision: Customers are responsible for providing the image or design they wish to have engraved. We recommend high-resolution images in a suitable file format (such as JPEG, PNG, or SVG) to ensure optimal engraving quality. You will be contacted by our team to ask for the image you want engraved after purchasing the service. 

Unique Engravings: Each console we engrave is one-of-a-kind, and we take pride in delivering custom creations. Please note that due to the individualized nature of our engravings, no two consoles will have the same exact design or pattern.

Processing Time: The laser engraving process requires careful attention to detail and precision. As such, please allow a processing time of approximately 1-2 weeks from the date the order is confirmed. We strive to complete each engraving within this timeframe but may occasionally require additional time for complex designs or during peak periods. If you have purchased other items, they will also be put on hold until engraving is done, so that your items ship together. We appreciate your patience.
