The grips fall off with a lil effort....when playing online and the game (smash brothers) gets intense the grips tend to fall off while playing and it gets really annoying. The genuine nintendo ones have some teeth like grips under them that get pressed into the joy stick part of the controller. I guess its a "u get what u pay for" type of situation.

These are great replacements! They have fidelity to the original size/shape/feel. They do not connect with the little "nubs" like the originals, so they will rotate a bit during heavy use, but it's something that is nominal compared to other "replacements". 5 stars!
