Everything looks great, fitment is perfect with all buttons and screen. I have custom cut oem shells in the past and they are always a pain and never feel great. This was an easy drop in solution. Very happy with the purchase.

I would look elsewhere for a shell or at least find different screws. Over half the screws included with this were stripped before I could **** them in all the way. So now my screen and board are stuck in a loosely closed shell and I’ve had no luck unscrewing them, so once I find a new shell, replacing it is going to be a nightmare. If you decide to buy this, go ahead and order new screws as well.

After assembling the plastic around the hinges began to crack, and it likely won't be long until it is broken completely.

After reading and seeing many reviews about the shell not closing properly, I was hesitant on getting this for one I am building, but for what I am building, it was my best option. I got it and reshelled the Gameboy SP and honestly liked how it turned out. and the shell closes properly as well. I found the only thing that stops it are the **** covers on the top left and right, and if they are in properly, at least for the shell I received, then it closes nicely! the only reason it is not 5 stars is the plastic feels a little on the cheap side, but not in an uncomfortable manner. All in all, I think these shells aren't as bad as some of the reviews are saying.

Had to be modified for the IPS screen and even then it wasn’t fitting well. Ended up cracking my screen trying to get this to work. Terrible.
