Customer service representatives are the first line of contact customers have with Hand Held Legend. We're looking for a remote customer service representative to coordinate and execute customer service activities, including order management, custom order relay, customer communications, complaints, and special handling tasks.

Objectives of this role:

  • Maintain and exceed customer expectations while adhering to internal processes and procedures
  • Quickly resolve help desk tickets
  • Create and edit orders at customer request
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communications with cross functional groups concerning customer issues and feedback when appropriate
  • Provide services highlighted by a warmth of treatment, customer care, and fast and effective solutions to issues
  • Relay information on technical product details and help customers find help articles
  • Assist with order returns, replacements, and tracking

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, collected, and kind when faced with frustration or escalated situations
  • Strong independent decision making, organization, planning, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse management or eCommerce
  • An interest in Nintendo Game Boys, retro video games, and/or console modifications
  • Technical knowledge about circuits and repairing electronics
  • Ability to operate a 3D printer and/or CDC router
