Other than installing the mechanical triggers it was a easy. Definitely need to include trigger shields. Seen multiple other builds that use trigger shields to hold the mechanical triggers in place. Include that and it's definitely a 5 star product. Other than that it's a great very happy with it can't wait to break it in more!

This controller gets the job done and feels amazing to use. Very close to the gamecube controller and the led lights are cool

If you want a controller that is similar to a Gamecube controller, but has the amount of buttons that most controllers have these days, this is exactly what you want. It has a left bumper button (ZL), clickable joysticks, RGB if you want the main buttons and joystick to light up, and much more!

Also, unlike most Gamecube controllers I’ve used, where the buttons can sometimes feel “squishy” and not a satisfying “click” this controller DOES give that satisfying click, so very accurate there. Only issue which I heard is fixable, is the analog triggers don’t feel as hard to push down as an original GC controller. (which may be a good thing from some people)

Also, this item is a KIT, NOT A PRE-ASSEMBLED CONTROLLER. You WILL need to build it yourself, however coming from someone that has VERY MINIMAL EXPERIENCE of tinkering with hardware? Just follow the video guide and remember to pause it if you need to stop and concentrate on a specific step. It’s that easy.
