UV Custom Product Policy
All products ordered through our UV Printing service are made-to-order custom products. Because every design is produced specifically for each customer, all UV printed items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved your design prior to purchase.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

Uploaded images and artwork are the correct files.

Designs are properly sized, aligned, and oriented as intended.

Text, colors, and graphics appear exactly as desired before submitting an order.
We print the design exactly as it is provided. We do not modify, proofread, or redesign customer artwork unless explicitly agreed upon as a separate design service.
Design Satisfaction
We cannot offer refunds or replacements simply because a customer decides they do not like the design they created after receiving the finished product.
If you designed it, approved it, and ordered it, that is the product you will receive.
Please take your time reviewing your design before completing your purchase.
No Design Storage
We do not store customer artwork or print files after production.
If you would like to place another order using the same design in the future, you must upload the original image or artwork again during checkout.
We cannot recover or resend previously submitted designs.
Manufacturing Defects & Print Errors
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing error caused by us (such as incorrect printing, major print defects, or damage that occurred before delivery), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If we determine the error was our responsibility, we will repair or replace the affected item at our discretion.
Performing any installation steps with the shell will make it ineligible for replacements should this instance occur.
Issues resulting from customer-submitted artwork, low-resolution images, incorrect file uploads, or design choices are not considered manufacturing defects.
Color & Print Variations
Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor, phone, or tablet due to differences in screen calibration, material finish, and the UV printing process.
Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Image Quality
Print quality is limited by the quality of the artwork provided.
Low-resolution, blurry, compressed, or poorly cropped images will print exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality artwork.
Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the images or artwork, or

You have permission from the copyright owner to use and reproduce the material.
Customers assume full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains offensive, illegal, or prohibited content.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production on custom items begins quickly, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order through our UV Printing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and understand that all custom UV printed products are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing or printing errors caused by us.
