Welcome to our UV printing service. To ensure the best results for your custom prints, please review these essential guidelines covering design placement, surface considerations, color modes, and image resolution.
Design Placement
Avoid positioning designs on rounded or heavily curved surfaces. UV ink must travel through the air to reach the surface, and significant distance variations compromise print quality and adhesion.
DTF Stickers
If you have an area you want to put a print but its too rounded to be printed on directly, a DTF sticker can be a great way to apply that design! They peel and stick just like normal stickers, you then remove the top transfer layer and your design is transferred! These can be applied to nearly anything, but there are a few exceptions, like silicone. Silicone will not take the adhesive that holds the print, it slides right off.
Image Resolution
Higher DPI values deliver sharper, more detailed prints. We recommend 600 DPI—double the standard high-quality printing resolution—for optimal clarity and definition.
Color Mode
Our equipment prints in CMYK mode. While RGB images produce quality results, designing in CMYK ensures superior color accuracy and consistency.
Hand Contact Areas
Consider where your hands will grip the item. Placing designs away from high-contact zones protects the print from wear and extends its lifespan.
