GuliKit TMR Joystick for Joy-Con and Switch Lite

Installation went really smoothly for me, just make sure you have good, small PH0 size screwdrivers along with the recommended tri bit. The power connector for one of my Joy-cons broke apart during disassembly, so use a non-metalic tool to pop those up instead of gently tugging on the wires like I had done. Oops!
After installation I definitely needed to use the system settings to calibrate out some offset weirdness. After calibration I would say I'm happy with these, but I did notice that the "response" from center position out to the max in any given direction seems a bit less "linear" compared to stock sticks. These seem to have a little bit of exponential response or something like that - it took getting used to the difference, but not objectionable. Overall I think they'll breathe some life into handheld mode for a while as I await Switch 2.

Super high quality sticks. Bought them to repair 4 of my friend’s Joysticks and they love them :]

Honestly, I think their great, have not seen any issues and with testing before giving to my daughter they seem much better then OEM. One draw back is that I wish the tops wouldn't be so easy to pop off. It takes very little give to come off. If this was a repair for someone who's belongs to a child it will get annoying.

Both sticks were installed and calibrated within the Switch. I then restarted my Switch to make sure they worked. It is not necessarily a huge deal breaker, but the stick that I installed into the right joy-con drifts whenever the Switch is turned on. It's easily fixed by flicking to the right and the stick will work perfectly. It's still strange, though. Is there a reason for this?

Great

I purchased these replacement sticks, because I needed to fix my right joycon. Being that this set of sticks is based on the hall effect I know they won't wear out anytime soon. These sticks work incredibly well and feel better to use than factory. They work so well I replaced my other joycon analog stick to. The only problem I had was that I needed to calibrate them after installation. Other than that I am incredibly satisfied with this purchase I would highly recommend them.
