The shell was very cheap and because it didn't ship in anything besides crumpled paper and a box too big- it arrived damaged. The service was poor and policies aren't accessible. When I sought help they told me I was SOL but I could maybe buy another one at a discount. The product sure is not worth paying one and a half times let alone one.
Thanks for your review! We believe the discount was offered due to the fact that the shell had been installed onto the console which voids our product warranty. Damage can occur from install. If you ever note any damage on a product upon arrival, snap a photo and send to our support before install. We would be happy to offer a replacement in that scenario.
This product didn’t fit as described and was also available on Amazon for half the price. Do not waste your money or time!! :)

It's a bit harder to find affordable and good Nintendo 3DS accessories now that it is no longer officially supported, but these shells are fantastic, they even came with some free stickers!
I have nothing bad to say about this product its exactly as advertised, great quality and there were no issues with shipping.
