Golden Sun

One Issue

I got the Golden Sun buttons and I love them but when installing them the B button would get stuck, I found it to be the button because I tried the original button and it fit and the Golden Sun button also got stuck on the OG shell as well. I can still use the button so Im going to deal with it until I make another order for another build. I still recommend this product, I imagine it was just a bad batch since the other buttons didnt have any problems.

These A & B buttons do not fit, you can jam them in place but then they do not function at all.

It sounds like due to the specific shell you are using, you will need to gently sand/scrap away a tiny amount of material from the shell button holes. Great but..

Love these buttons they look and feel great. That being said.. I had to order a different set because the "B" button wasn't cut correct or molded correct pr somethjng. It kept getting stuck and wouldn't pop back up. I ordered a different set and had no problem with the second set.

What is light bleed and is it covered by warranty?

Light bleed is when backlight leaks from the screen edges, often visible on dark backgrounds. It’s common in edge-lit displays like Game Boys. Minor light bleed is considered normal and not covered unless caused by build pressure or a defect.

What should I know about third party mods?

Most mods come from different manufacturers and may not be compatible with each other. This can lead to issues if mismatched parts are used. This is referred to as mod stacking.
