WARNINGS:

Test before installation! When you receive a backlight/LCD kit, you should perform a dry run before installing to assure that nothing has been damaged in transit. A dry run or test fit means the kit is not installed in the shell. This includes the use of adhesives, brackets, and any performed soldering. All ribbon cables should have no bends or creases in them. If you are unsure how to perform a dry run, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help. Backlight kits that have been installed are not eligible for replacement or return.
LCD may break if put under too much pressure or dropped. Please exercise extreme caution when installing.

The colors aren't perfect.

This screen is perfect for fixing broken DS Lites, but the LCDs I recieved (It has a quality-stamp on the ribbon) don't quite match the original Nintendo display. This could be distracting if you have an OEM bottom screen. Also there's a particular gray that actually shows up yellow. It's honestly not a deal-breaker, but noticeable for games that fade to black.

Working

Screen works as it should. I really haven’t had a chance to throughly test it, I’m still working on building my DMG 103

Top LCD Display fixed issue

I had lost sound due to tear in ribbon cable when moving from a case with broken hinge to new case. This Top LCD Display fixed it right up. Great quality replacement.

Great display. The one I got has a more blie tint than the OEM bottom screen which is more yellowish but it doesnt bother me.

Screen slightly crooked, otherwise bright and nice.

The LCD is bright and has great colors, but like other reviewers mentioned, it is slightly crooked. Others say it doesn't bother them, but it drives me crazy.

Screen Quality

Love the colors and quality of the LCD. Haven’t had many issues with the ribbon cable either. Out of 3 I ordered 2 worked fine. I tested one that didn’t work and thought the issue was my doing so I put it together anyways just for it to persist. I’m sure I could have got a replacement but oh well. The other 2 screens work fantastic and I’ll be buying them again
