I’ve racked my brain trying to find a worthy d-pad mod, and finally found it here. Almost tried soldering tactile switches in but no longer need to. The split design feels even better than it looks. You can also reduce the wobble by combining this product with the PTFE stabilization mod. It will give an even smoother and more tactile press, at least in my case. Thank you HHL!

Installation is easy assuming you have experience opening a GC controller. Glad I don't have to worry about mis inputting on the Dpad anymore. Can't really name a negative, if I had to say something maybe the Dpad buttons feel a bit wobbly.

Disappointed that the images on the product page don't display the translucent white version (doesn't show the black Dpad in the controller either)
