Smushy, but not too smushy. I haven't had any issues with tearing or sticking. Get 'em if you need 'em.
I love these. They fit perfectly and feel almost like the original pads. They work great! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
This will sound strange but I like to mix the d-pad membrane from funny playing with the A & B button membrane from Retro 6. I think this combination provides a really nice set of controls.
These give you a very squishy feel and I absolutely hate it. Depressing the movement arrows was very sloppy and very inconsistent. I only bought for the black start and select buttons. Swapped back to OEM and won't recommend these unless you NEED a certain color start/select buttons.

It also greatly depends on the user in terms of how much pressure for a press is preferred.
