This is a replacement polarization film for the Game Boy backlight.

NOTES:

No need to order if you are purchasing a V3 backlight kit- kit includes film.
This is linear polarization film, which is used by the Game Boy DMG and the Game Boy Pocket. The Game Boys that have color LCDs use "circular polarization film", which is different than this linear polarization film.
This film will have a green tint to it closer to the look of the DMG.
Neither side will have adhesive. Simply place polarization film into the front half of the shell and put LCD over top. Polarization film will stay in place.

Sheets came bent

Got 3 of them, and all 3 of them got bent from the way they were packaged. Practically not a very big deal, but one would expect for new items to arrive in pristine condition.

Linear - V3LED Backlight - 5cm x 5cm

Film does the job but does not have a sticky back to it stick on screen.

As advertised! But...

This is great, it looks good and is what was advertised! But you should know that it does not have a sticky side. I got it to replace a burned polarizer screen, and it won't stick to the screen. No one said it would stick but that would be handy!

Linear. Not circular.

This is a great polarizer for DMG - It's green. It's a poor polarizer for Pocket, which should be grey and circular. Please specify this for DMG use only.
