14 hour standby time with Funnyplaying ITA kit installed (brightness level 5)
Type A to type C host support
Low battery supported - It will change to red at about 5% (15 min remaining).
This module is only recommended with the FunnyPlaying shells and battery covers. Other brands may have fit and alignment issues.
Fitment in FunnyPlaying shells will be tight and FunnyPlaying USBC battery cover may not sit entirely flush.

Place cooling copper on PCB over top the LED instructions in the light brown square. See product photos to a visual.
Remove shell (left) battery contact to fit the module.
Tuck battery wires into left side battery contact area (see product photos).

Battery light indicators:

Blue light = charging
Green light = on/continuity

Using uncertified hardware may result in more than 5v being delivered to your FunnyPlaying product. Damage caused by unsupported hardware voids our return/exchange policy.

Blown Away at the quality

I have been very impressed with this battery mod. I have tried others in the bast that just don’t last, seem to drain randomly, or stop working all together. This battery lasts and fits absolutely perfect, I can express how clean it looks! Don’t forget to add the heat sink!!!

10/10 Awesome upgrade

This battery mod is essential plug and play. I built two GBA consoles recently and only added this mod to one of them and boy do I regret it. I will be order another one very soon.

Rechargable Battery is Clutch!!!

I installed a funny playing ISP screen and I generally keep the brightness from 1-10(15 is highest). I'm getting 5-6 hours battery life which is amazing. Easy to install and I can play while charging but will run hot so I don't recommend doing for a long period. Overall love the product!!!

Works as expected

Great mod easy install had to trim a small amount of plastic. I wish there was a link to some instructions or something.

Battery slightly to big for shell

So the funnyplaying cover doesn't fully close on the funnyplaying battery in the funnyplaying shell...
