Unlocked my gamecube!

Not for a first timer due to the soldering. Definitely follow the written guide when doing this and take your time. I do recommend using 28g silicone wires. It's going to give you more space, when there really isn't a lot when your soldering onto the gamecube main board. Make sure your connections are properly soldered, use flux and check everything! Once your done its one of the most satisfying and rewarding mods you can do for your game cube, all the games you could possibly want right at your fingertips!
