By uploading artwork, images, graphics, text, or any other content (“Content”) to our website and placing an order for custom sticker printing, you (“User”) agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership of Uploaded Content
You affirm, represent, and warrant that:

You are the sole creator and owner of the Content; OR

You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the Content for the purpose of printing stickers through our service.
2. No Copyrighted or Protected Material
You agree NOT to upload or submit any Content that:

Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, publicity right, or any other intellectual property right.

Contains logos, characters, artwork, or other material that belongs to third parties unless you have express written permission to use them.
We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or permission at any time.
3. Prohibited Content
You agree that you will not upload any Content that:

Is illegal, obscene, hateful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

Contains violence, pornography, or content that is discriminatory.

Violates any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
We may refuse to print or may remove any Content at our sole discretion.
4. User Responsibility & Liability
You acknowledge and agree that:

You are fully responsible for all Content you upload.

You assume all legal liability related to the Content, including claims of copyright infringement, trademark violations, privacy violations, and any other legal disputes.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hand Held Legend, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to the Content you upload.
5. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:

Reject or cancel any order containing prohibited, infringing, or inappropriate Content.

Suspend or terminate user accounts found violating these terms.
6. No Review Obligation
While we may review uploaded Content, we are not obligated to monitor what users submit.
The responsibility for legal compliance remains entirely with the User.
7. Agreement Confirmation
By checking the agreement box and submitting your order:
