This is a replacement IPS backlit display for your Game Boy Console.

  • Topoly brand
  • Use for GBA V2 and V3 kits both unbranded and funnyplaying
  • Use for GBC V3 kits both unbranded and funnyplaying
  • Pair with IPS Ribbon Cable for Game Boy Advance SP - Hispeedido. Using for SP requires adding lens on LCD.
  • Game Boy Color IPS backlight
  • Game Boy Advance SP backlight

DOCUMENTATION:

WARNINGS:

  • Test before installation! When you receive a backlight/LCD kit, you should perform a dry run before installing to assure that nothing has been damaged in transit. A dry run or test fit means the kit is not installed in the shell. This includes the use of adhesives, brackets, and any performed soldering. All ribbon cables should have no bends or creases in them. If you are unsure how to perform a dry run, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help. Backlight kits that have been installed are not eligible for replacement or return.

  • LCD may break if put under too much pressure or dropped. Please exercise extreme caution when installing.

Great for the price as a replacement for a broken screen.

I built 2 gba console one with this screen and one with the LG branded screen. They both look great and workmthe same but have noticed the unbranded screen is more fragile. Meaning once you install it it does not like to be reshelled. For the price as a replacement screen it is a great replacement

Replaced one of these with one from the V2 kit that was defected from the kit. Works good; nice and crisp.

Works Great

Got this because I broke my IPS screen. It was for a Funnyplaying V2 kit, and since the flex cable was fine, I bought this and saved money. Works great! The description says there may be some physical blemishes on these, just not on the screen. Mine had some of the foil on the side of the screen that was peeled up, but is hid by the faceplate. It comes with the new peel-off on the LCD face, and that looks brand new.

Worked great until I ruined it

I tried to bond it to one of the tempered glass screens with some LOCA, but I did it wrong and the glue bled into the screen itself. I'll buy replacements and try again though, because the screen looked great during my initial tests.
