Game Boy Color Buttons - eXtremeRate

The D-pad, B, and A button work fine. The Start and Select buttons dont fit right regardless of how they’re inserted, and don’t register. Probably better off with regular silicone

I love the chrome color, it lends itself very well to the matte finishes on shells. The buttons come attached to some plastic wiring. I imagine this is how its made/colored. So word to the wise, when taking the buttons off this wire frame, take extra care/time to remove them so as to not damage the parts themselves. Furthermore, I advise having a nail or metal file on hand. Use it to gently shave off the excess plastic where the buttons were attached to said frame. This may take a couple of attempts in regards to the Start and Select buttons. These of course as not your typical Start and Select buttons, so they may get stuck in the housing shell if there's even a slight bit too much excess plastic. This took me a couple attempts before each one worked fluidly. Just something to keep in mind while using/working with these two buttons. Other than that you can't argue with the quality and look of these chrome button sets.

perfect thank you

Fantastic Shop, Fantastic products. Such a shame that there's only UPS for international shipping, they are such a disaster in France.
USPS would be perfect.

I will be buying more. But needs to trim and sand a little bit of the sides of start and select buttons.

I really like these buttons and have used them in other mods. The quality seems good, and its hard to beat the color options. It is worth noting that the fit of the start/select buttons is a bit big for the FunnyPlaying shell. I was specifically using the shell intended for the FunnyPlaying gameboy color kit and had to shave a small amount of plastic out of the opening for the start/select button hole. It was easy to do with a sharp knife. The other buttons fit fine.

My one actual complaint is with the membrane for the D-pad. I found that it would frequently seem to push in more than one direction, making in game control difficult. I changed the membrane for one I had around and everything worked perfectly.
