This power supply replaces the Sega Saturn's original power supply, and is an easy solution for a failing power board.

If you experience noise on your screen, we suggest using your original power supply or purchasing another (with a transformer-based power supply) as the one included with this kit can cause the issue. Specifications: Input - 110~240V AC 50/60HZ, Output - DC 12V 3A, overload protection, short circuit protection, over voltage protection, efficiency - ≥80%, DC barrel jack is 5.5mm OD, 2.5mm ID, positive center pin/negative outside.

Missing manual. Rusty connector.

How you dare selling a product without its manual?! And in such a bad state! For real... the power brick it came up with was also causing issues, and it required me to get another one of the same wattage.

Good PSU

As descripted and easy to install

PSU seems fine, power adapter bad

No instructions, low quality power brick

No instructions are included,

Low quality power brick that generates lots of noise in the picture,

When trying to get a refund for this handheld legend said because I opened it and installed it they cannot give me a refund and to get a better power brick somewhere else.

If you are buying a Saturn you probably dont need to change out the power supply, just see if your stock one works still. The stock power supply generated no additional noise in the picture.

PSU installs easily once you figure out how to do it for your particular console (no instructions provided whatsoever, not even digitally). The actual power adapter introduces horizontal lines on the screen, so I'll need to seek out a better option.

Works great, some caveats

The PSU is good. It doesn't come with the instruction manual that definitely exists for this product. Instead it comes with stickers for handheld legends. If you know about your Saturn model and aren't new to taking things apart, this isn't too much of a big deal but it does cost you some time with mounting the power input. The 12v power adapter that came with it introduced some rolling static into the video output so I had to buy a replacement on Amazon. Overall this product brought my Saturn back to life.
