I ordered the green speaker for my GB advance i took it out the box and one of wires (red) was detached. I contacted customer service and they handled the situation in a positive manner and instantly replaced the damaged product. Thank you. Overall their products are great.
The speaker sounds great and looks good in my clear green shell. The wires however are extremely fragile, and I ended up breaking and re-soldering both leads on both sides multiple times.
Great sound quality - really simple mod too. The glow effect is cool but fades quickly!
