As far as GBA games for sake of simplicity goes it works out of the box.
if you want to use Cheats or GB/GBC games it gets glitchy sometimes.
But pretty solid product.

The case for it seems very flimsy, moves around a lot when inserting/removing from console. The actual solder joints on it look pretty rough. Doesn't have the ability to change resolution of gameboy games to fit a GBA screen, but I don't think any flash carts have that as it doesn't exist in any emulators. Does what it needs to do, doesn't have any save file corruption issues as of yet, clocked about 30 hours on it. Pleased with it overall.

The Omega is easy to get going, has an uncomplicated and not gross for once UI, and just works! I was up and running in less than 5 minutes, and it's a blast to have multiple games ready to go.

This cart is great! Every single GBA game in the palm of your hand. I like the quick boot switch where you can select a ROM to boot into like it's a real cartridge too.

One note, I have gotten the GBAccellerator working with a lot of games, you DO have to clock patch them though.

This reddit thread has info on how to do it, I have had success with pretty much every Pokemon game, including Mystery Dungeon.

I like that this comes with a shell for the ds lite so it doesn't stick out and make it look funky! I used this with the ds lite shell on a Gameboy macro build and haven't had any issues out of it.
