These look just like the originals, but with the added benefits of the glass.
New lens = clearer gameplay on this old boy’s Game Boy. Just for that added protection, I put a wristband/sweatband around it whenever I set it up
The China-sourced lenses from eBay are hit or miss on their fitment and overall appearance. In my experience, they tend to fit noticeably thicker than OEM plastic lenses. The tempered glass from HHL is not identical in thickness as OEM but they’re within a hair’s thickness and that’s a considerable improvement over the other options. Overall appearances including color and font reproduction are both pretty good with no major complaints without nitpicking over the details. I’ve purchased 3 of these in various colors for my DMG builds and strongly recommend them to anyone who is on the fence.
